Purchased from the Navy Exchange and must be made in person at the local Navy Exchange (bring your Sea Cadet ID) or by phone. We are not allowed to order online from the Navy Exchange. For phone orders, a sea cadet account for the cadet must be set up by phone with the Navy Exchange Uniforms division at 1-800-368-4088. You will be asked to submit an email with the required documentation to the NEX for approval and once confirmed, orders for uniforms can placed by phone by calling 800-368-4088.)
